Job Summary
Chubby Cheeks Nursery is seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead the nursery operations and ensure high standards of early childhood education. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing academic excellence, staff performance, and overall nursery administration while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for children.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the overall operations of the nursery

Ensure effective implementation of the EYFS curriculum

Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff

Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and child development

Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, health, safety, and licensing requirements

Build strong relationships with parents and handle queries or concerns professionally

Oversee admissions, enrolment processes, and parent engagement activities
